In our expanding world where building designs are getting more creative as they are tall, we as technicians are challenged with the rewarding task of accessing the "unreachable." The company that cleaned the windows at The Watch, Elite Access, did a really good job. I watched them remove the screens with care and re-install them. And they cleaned ALL the windows, including the small ones in the courtyard leading up the stairs. Much better than in the past when previous contractors would not clean the windows unless the home owner removed the screens. That doesn't work when the homeowner is not here during those few days. I also had Elite clean the inside windows. Nice job again. Just passing on some positive feedback.
